In this class, Sarah and students practice together and the practice is for strong intermediate and advanced level students. This is a space for you to explore and deepen your own practice on a monthly basis as Sarah leads you through a rigorous asana practice that may also include pranayama and meditation woven together with yoga philosophy.
Please note that Sarah will be practicing and calling out poses with occasional demos but there there may not be detailed instruction or personal assists throughout. Previous practice with Sarah is required unless otherwise approved by Sarah. This class is not for beginners.
