200 HOUR TEACHER TRAINING: Yoga History and Foundations of Yoga Philosophy
In these action-packed training hours, I introduce 200-hour trainees to the beautiful ancient tradition of yoga through an admittedly fast-paced jog through the years, from the Vedas to present day. I also cover the fundamentals of the teachings from the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita.
