Pathway to Joy: Understanding and deepening your backbend practice

This 2.5 hour workshop with Sarah Montross will break down the key components of any backbend, be it on your tummy, on your back, or standing on your own two legs. We will focus on urdhva dhanurasana (wheel pose) as we work through the major preparations for this big and fundamental backbend. This workshop is open to all levels of practitioners, whether you are brand new to the backbend practice. are looking to deepen your poses, or are wanting to learn some new tools. Come ready to feel empowered, alive, and maybe a little sore the next day.
